Zoom	The agritourism farm “Lago Scuro” is not far from Cremona, hidden in the real Lombard countryside. Since 1998, Lago Scuro produces organic cheese made esclusively with raw milk. Lago Scuro is associated with “ANFOSC” (Formaggi sotto il Cielo” - cheese under the sky -) an organism that guarantees cheese made esclusively with milk from animals in the pasture.
